- Do I need an account?
- No. You can start chatting as a guest right away, with the Lite models (GPT Luna, DeepSeek Flash and GLM Flash). Create a free account for mana, more models and your chats on every device.
- What is mana?
- Mana is how Himiko measures usage. Each answer uses some mana, depending on the model and how long the answer is, and every answer shows how much it used. A quick answer from a light model uses about 1 mana; a premium model about 15. Your mana refills by itself every hour, up to a weekly amount: 200 on Free, 3,000 on Standard and 8,000 on Pro. Auto sends simple questions to fast, inexpensive models, so your mana lasts.
- How much of a chat does Himiko remember?
- Each chat has a memory: the messages and files the AI reads again with every new message. It holds 16k tokens (about 12,000 words) without an account, 32k on Free, 128k on Standard and 256k on Pro. When a chat grows past that, its oldest part is kept as short notes, so the important details stay. Switching model mid-chat keeps the same memory.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Standard and Pro are billed monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days: your first payment for a plan in full, no reason needed, and the unused part of a renewal or a mana top-up. See the Refund Policy.
